I am thinking about checking out Bally's in Lake Grove because I work in Stony Brook. How are the classes? Are they offered at good times, like 5 or 5:30?

Haven't taken the classes yet, just usually do cardio and weight training there, but not until 10pm

Just FYI - My friend had a lot of problems with her membership there. Of course, that's not everyone's experience, but ask around. I went to Lucille Roberts and really loved it there. Not as big a gym, but not as many people, so it worked out well. Prices were great too. I was in the best shape of my life while I was there.
