I like Good Season's Italian packet made with Balsamic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a pinch of sugar.

It's really easy to make actually - mix some olive oil, balsamic vinagraitte, salt, pepper, ground garlice, basil and whatever other spices you like... and, of course, the clincher - a splash of dijon mustard!

Thanks everyone! We're having people to our place for Christmas Eve and I wanted to make on of those greens/walnuts/gorgonzola/apples salads, and I wanted a really good b.v. to go with it.
I found some good recipes, I think that I'm going to attempt to make my own!
