Has anyone had a large band for your wedding at the Thatched Cottage? It seems like the space for the band is very small and that some guests may not be able to see the band or that the band may not even fit at all! I am trying to visualize how they will fit, but I can't.......

I cannot answer your question, but I am worried about the same thing at my reception hall. It is small and I can't picture a band of more than like 3-4 people fitting.

i looked at thatched cottage, and it did appear small, but you never know, I suggest you search threads of girls who posted reviews for your hall, and see what they had! HTH

I strongly considered the TC and asked them about this and they insisted that there is enough room for a large band. It did seem like some of the columns would block the view though. I would do a search on reviews of brides that got married there.
