I cant decide and FH is no help i would like a band but I've heard to many horror stories does anybody know any good Italian bands.tnx

mostly about people not dancing or bands not sounding as good as they did at ther showcase

There are a lot of great bands out there. Franklin Wayne had some great bands. I heard Faze 4 is good too. I don't know if they are Italian though. I would have booked them, but I decided to save some money and get a DJ with 2 singers and a percussionist. One of my singers sings all Frank Sinatra, he's really good. And I saved myself about $2000. I was so up in the air about whether or not to get a DJ or a band, that I decided to mix it up. I'm using Dance Jock.

I think that you just have to go with your gut feeling. The band we are using, Soul Revival, we had seen first at a friends wedding and they were great live If you go to a showcase (we check out a few too just because) make sure that they are energetic and sound good playing together. I think if you check out a few bands and see how they compare that you will find the right one. Check out Soul Revival too, we really liked themwww.soulrevivalband.com

We chose a DJ...mostly because it was cheaper.
The last 2 weddings I have been at had bands that were awesome! Times Square Orchestra had people dancing all night and Rengage had people up all night too!
