for those of you who used a band, would it be possible to let me know how much it costs? the bands that i am interested in are code bleu, arcadia, renegade and skyline. you can forum mail me if you feel like it. it is so hard to come up with a budget, especially when you dont know how much everything costs.

I wish I had the prices for the bands you listed, but I don't.
However, I do know that New York City Swing starts around $6,000-ish, and if you want the full 12 piece band, it's $8,800. We chose them, but I hear Body Heat is amazing, so are the other's you mentioned...I just don't know the pricing info on them.

Code Blue was around $5500 last year when we heard them. Most of the Franklin Wayne Bands are I believe.
You'll find that bands will start probably at $4000 and will go up from there.

All the bands we saw quoted us 5500 except for body heat who quote us 6700-7200 If you haven't checked them out take a look at Times Square Orchestra and Full House.

ARcadia Saturday night in August $5,750 cocktail hour would be and extra 150 but we are hiring a string quartet.

our band Current Affair ranged from $4800-5500 depending on time of year and number of members - we had 9 pieces but during peak months they have an additional lead singer.

When I looked into Code Bleu last month they wanted $4900. The Mystic is $4800 I think. If I come across any more prices I will post.

I was looking to book Full House also. Here is what they told me back in October. 5,000 for: Keyboardist for ceremony (if it is on site), 2 musicians for the cocktail hour, 7 piece band for 4 hour reception and 2 musicians during dinner.

Thank you so much Lisa! I really appreciate when people take the time to help me out, I know you are all busy planning your own weddings, and you all still take the time to be kind to others. I am waiting to set up an appointment with them, someone had told my mom that they thought they were like $6500. I hope not, I really didnt want to spend more than $5100. This is the third band I am looking into, the other 2 were booked already, and from what I am seeing these other bands are way out of my budget. Thanks again!
