my favorite band is Full House. They are awesome. If we could have afforded them they would've been our top choice!!!

Also, Sweetwater is good as well.

I love our band, Peter Greco, but I have also heard Arcadia from LI Paramount at a wedding and The Projekt at a wedding and both were amazing! Good Luck with your decision!

We are using Renegade by LI Paramount - great reviews and Dave Clark is wonderful to work with.

We're about to book East Coast!!!!!

We looked at about 8 bands including the Frank Wayne bands, Full House and Times Square.....

I play some bass and know a few people in some wedding bands...

FM for more info - ALL the bands are great. Just personal preferences, opinion.

I would definately recommend 'Arcadia' from LI Paramount. They were amazing. I was married in December and I am still receiving calls for their number. They play at showcases ususally one a month. You definately have to check them. They are great!!!!:

We used Arcadia from LI Paramount. They were terrific and I recieved so many compliments about how great they were.
You should check out the LI Paramount website for all there showcases.

Thanks SO much everyone - you definitely gave me a ton of bands to look into (hopefully I can visit a bunch and see a bunch of showcases and find the right one!)

We picked Code Bleu and LOVED them. Dance floor was crowded all night! They are really reasonably priced and GREAT to work with!!!!!!!!

Most bands do a nice job but it is very subjective which one you like. Of the weddings and showcases I've been to, some bands I've liked are:

Paul Rich (fun, do good Italian, Latin, music...nicest guy)
Manhattan Swing (polished, elegant)
Renegade (GREAT! especially if you want rock music too)
After Midnight (if you want more Motown, Disco)

I also recommend Arcadia from LI Paramount. They are AMAZING. Their website is ARCADIA. Check them out. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments we received on this band. MY DH and I still talk about them til this day! Good luck!

We're using Arcadia from LI Paramount Music also. Haven't seen them at a wedding yet, but we went to 3 of their showcases and love them. We booked them before we joined this website, but I have read nothing but great reviews from them since...I think they're even a vendor on here.

My fiance and I are having difficulties finding a band too..
we like the JK band, heart and soul, and daybreaks night. we were wondering about the good and bad of all... we also heard body heat was good...any thoughts?
we do not like nightflight...
