Voices, they played at my friends wedding and they were AMAZING!! It's Angelo Manuto's band (he is one of the Caleps).
I definitely agree!! We are using Voices for our wedding too. They are absolutely amazing! They are known as an Italian-American band but their sound is so diverse. They play everything from oldies to Latin to Greek to reggae to freestyle to Top 40 flawlessly, too. And of course they do Angelo Venuto's (he's the band's singer) hits L'Italiano & Sweet Caroline too. Their phone # is (718) 259-1844.
They really know how to work a party, get everyone up & dancing all night long. I have nothing but the best thing to say about them. They've been a pleasure to deal with since we first met with them. i've heard about 5 bands play at showcases in the past two weeks. times square orchestra was great and i think we're going to book them. we also heard the skyline bands...code bleu, rhapsody, and skyline. they were good too. the other one was recommended by our reception place...elite music. i didn't like them as much. they list their showcase dates on their websites. times square's next one is 7/7/05 at the holiday inn in westbury at 9pm. good luck!

another vote for time square orchestra.. we went and looked at a lot of bands and liked them by far the best.. they dont take any breaks and are very fun and professional

We heard several bands before booking Times Square Orchestra. I really liked Daybreak's Night but FH couldn't stand them at all.
Code Bleu is awesome.
Heard Rhapsody but didn't like them. They are very mellow--which is the opposite of what we wanted.
Heard John Marshall Band and loved the male singer but weren't really crazy of the band overall.

just wanted to add that BODY HEAT is also an amazing band! They were fantastic at our wedding and also played at 3 of my friend's weddings.

We're using Arcadia! They played at my Fiances sisters wedding in October and we just had to have them at ours! Check them out!
