Band Showcase at Chateau Briand

So we are going to see Body Heat play at Chateau Briand tonight (8pm) since the last time we saw them we missed the beginning. We have an appointment after to meet with a BM. Very excited!!!

Does anyone know how rates for March and April compare to Jan and Feb rates? THanks!!!
