So we most likely know which band we are going to be booking finally! but on the wedding day should we tip the band? and how much exactly? is it per person? The band is expensive and I dont wanna tip them lol but Im not sure what the right thing is to do....

I have an 11 piece band, FH said no matter what we have to tip them good thing that I'm not coming up with THAT money

Tipping is considered a reward for exceptional service. Generally speaking, if you're pleased with the band’s performance, you can tip the bandleader about 10% for a job well done (with the expectation that he'll split it with his group).
