So I'm really disappointed that two of the bands that I liked are already booked for my date. I'm really bummed and I feel like time is running out!
Any suggestions on bands brides have used/will be using that they really love??? The music makes the party!

Not sure what your style is but we booked Soul Revial and they are fantastic. They offer showcases in Manhattan once a month ( i think). and they are reasonably priced. FM me for mroe info.
Vali Entertainment....they are awesome, they were actually on platinum weddings recently. They go anywhere from 6 pieces up to 60!

Sweetwater Orchestras.... AMAZING!!!!!!! I think they start at 9 pieces - 11?? The guys name is Tommy, soooo good!!!

A Current Affair is truly amazing. My guests are all still talking about them a year later. They are 8-10 pieces, depending on if you get the sax and the bass singer which are optional. They cover everything almost as well as the original.
My dad had been saving cards from parties with bands he liked for years. Turns out he had a pile of Current Affair cards. The minute DH and I heard them we booked them.
I believe they are out of Long Beach.

We wanted something different from our friend's bands so we had more of a rock band. DH was very picky and didn't want to chance having any cheesy songs.
Everyone loves their band and they should--band are awesome butours were actually really 'cool' hip musicians.
