i wanted to know what kinds of pricing youve been quoted for booking a band.....we are considering getting one but not sure if its out of our budget....who are you booked with and who do you recommend? i have no clue LOL

Paris is amazing... they tol us they were about $7K and then another grand for every additional hour. So worth it but we just didn't have it in the budget.

The more pieces the more money
I went with franklyn wayne and a 9 piece band which is running me about 7000
He does have smaller bands which are less money
Your best bet is to search around listen to them and price them out sometimes th ey can cut you a deal
Ps Paris is worth the money they were booked for my wedding day

I am using Times Square Orchestra...9 pieces...they are very decently priced...I think the price for bands depends on your night...mine is a Friday night...I'm paying around 5

East Coast Band!!! He really works with your budget because there's no minimum number of pieces that you have to have.
They play at bars in the city and LI so you can see them interact with people and get everyone dancing. We saw them last week, they are soo much fun!!

we're using Heart and Soul - i forget how many pieces they are - 7 or 8?? but you can FM me if you want pricing. we negotiated with them to get it down.

My cousin booked INFINITY with Franklin Wayne for $5500. (7pieces). They were excellent!! Everybody is still raving about them. But, since I have many of the very same guests, I am torn to book them or get a different band. I people really love Heart & Soul, but they are booked on my date..so I am thinking maybe I will book Vison. I know the lead singer is amazing and used to tour with Janet Jackson and Enrique Iglesias. I guess I will know more when I hear Infinity and Vision on Sunday. Wish me luck at ChateauBriand!!
