Your BM is the person you signed the contract with. They assign a Bridal Attendant for the day of, who is not the BM. If you hate your BM, I think you can ask to deal with someone else.
yeah - you work with the Banq Mgr until like closer to the wedding and then you meet w/ your maitre'd who will be your main contact person day of.

Don't just ask for another person, let upper management know. They may throw in some extra goodies for your troubles.

yeah definitly will b complaining but not for goodies (dont get me wrong, i will accept them in a heart beat) but how do u say sh!t like that, and they said a lot of contradicting things. they told us one thing when we were signing the contract and another thing on saturday when we went to pick the menu...
