Banquet Hall Managers

Is anyone planning on tipping or getting something for their BM? Is that standard

I wasn't planning on tipping, but I was thinking I may give him one of my favors, as a thank you. How did the booking go today?

I don't plan on tipping. Giving a favor is pretty nice. I think you send a thank you to your BM after the wedding is over.

Since I am getting married in a temple, the BM is the caterer himself. He will get plenty. The maitre 'd however will get a tip as well as anyone else who would normally.

Our BM is going to end up as our maitre d', so we'll be tipping him.
