Since we're having the Baptism party at the Fire Department, we'll need to decorate the place ourselves. Does anyone know of a place that has nice Baptism decorations? Nothing in Pink though. I've been to Party City and they have garbage. Any ideas?

Maybe you can just get some nice flower arrangements for the table areas. I don't think you need to overdecorate. Maybe some nice flowers, and some balloons? In all white maybe?
They also have nice white chair covers that dress a place up a little.

I got 3-balloon centerpieces for each table from Party City. You can just get table clothes, cute dishes. You don't have to go nuts for a Christening.

My Godson's Baptism party was at the firehouse - We had Teddy bears holding blue and white balloons as centerpieces and a small potted plant. Cedarhurst Paper in Oceanside has nice decorations - we did balloons all over the room and the paper signs.

How did the small potted plant fit into the centerpiece? Sounds like a great idea!

We just put them next to the Teddy bear - it added a nice touch

Definitely balloons. I love balloons, they do so much to dress up a party IMO. I like them just floating loose with their tails hanging. Maybe a few African violets on the tables. They're inexpensive enough and people can take them home. My SIL had them at my nephews Christening 3 years ago and I still have mine.
