Bar Harbor, Maine....B&B's? Hotels?

WE are planning a trip back to Bar Harbor, Maine.
Unfortunately, the Bed and Breakfast that we LOVED has been sold and is no longer operating as a B&B.

Any other suggestions?

A woman I take the train with swears by BandBfinder. She loves B&B's and has found quite a few threw them. Good luck!

My husband and I stayed at the Mira Monte Inn 2 years ago and loved it! We had a room that had a private entrance and balcony. At night we would sit outside and listen to music and sip wine. It was a little pricey but worth every penny. The name of the room was the Westend. Also, you can walk right into the village. So it is in a good location.

Also, Georges restaurant in town is great. If you like mussels, they have the greatest mussel appetizer.
