I don't like the crazy donkey I love CHELSEA STREET... But they changed the name to The Savanah lounge. PAPA JOE is my ALL time favorite bartender EVER..
I used to go to Chelsea all the time for happy hour on friday nights. Haven't been back since they changed it to Savannah though.

I havent been back since its been savannah either. The one thing I loved about Chelsea Street is the atmosphere. I went to the Crazy Donkey and got pushed and shoved all over. There were 2 fights (one when someone bumped into me and then look at me and got loud and dh told the guy to take a walk security threw him out cause they watched it happen ETA through the guy out not my DH) Ive NEVER seen a fight at Chelsea street!

Mulcahys is always fun when cheesy bands are there. I saw Vince Neill with a bunch of girlfriends and we had a Blast!

Crazy Donkey is only good on a Friday night now. Try The Nutty Irishman on Main Steert in Farmingdale. You'll have an awesome time!

I hear ya. I spent a lot of my time their too. Pete Moss and the Fertalizers were awesome there.

Crazy donkey is really good just gets too crowded, Mirage is good but as the night goes on, the guidos come in by boatload from Staten Island.. too much for me...On Friday night, i went to victory in Garden City- its more of a lounge but they play cool music- no dance floor or anything like that but its fun- and the chocolate martinis are delicious. The Inn in Long Beach is actually really fun. Its two floors, they have live bands and a DJ- DJ Tim!! They have three bars and non stop dancing. It's so much fun...

The reason you guys don't like Mirage is the reason I NEVER went to bars when I lived on Staten Island
