Bar questions

My problem is that we are getting our own wine: red, white and champagne. Does anyone know how much I need or how many bottles per person average? Our caterer is not giving us a straight answer. Thanks!

I know there are articles written on this subject on the knot and other wedding sites. Also, you can normally make a provision upon purchase for full refund of any unopened bottles.

Why are you getting your own alcohol? Don`t you have enough to think about, let the caterer do it.
