Barbados - seems that not a lot of brides go there for honeymoon?

Hi there,

We're having so many problems figuring out our honeymoon plans. I stumbled upon a resort in Barbados that looked interesting but it seems that very few couples on this site have gone there for their honeymoon. How come? Any feedback? Something not appealing with Barbados that I've missed???

i've heard its beautiful, but very pricey

We were told Barbados was close to us in St. Lucia, but cost more. Do I know that for a fact? No. But I knew other people personally that went to Sandals in St. Lucia and loved it! There was no question in our mind!!!!

My FIL is from Barbados! We haven't been yet as a couple, but DH and I are definately going sometime soon. He hasn't been since he was a kid, but it's supposed to be beautiful.
