I brought a tiara from there but now it does not work with my hairstyle - Do they allow exchanges or even refunds?

I don't think they do....sorry! I asked if I could bring it back incase I didn't like it when I bought my FG wreath...cuz I wasn't sure which style I prefered (was stuck between 2). They said no.

I do not believe so. I have heard other brides talk about this before. Try to sell it on here, perhaps.
