Does anyone know if they do exchanges- I bought my headpeice there and went to try it on with my dress on wednesday & it doesnt match- I bought yellow gold & I need a silver. I bought it last week so I havent had it long
I hope they do - that seems easy enough to swap out.
I tried returning my headpiece there, in the box, tags on it. And they said no.
Why dont you call?
WARNING: THey are a-holes there and willl refuse to exchange it. I bought one and wanted to exchange it because it didn't go with my dress and I found one for 50 bucks LESS than what I paid for the first one. I ordered my veil there too and had my receipt the day I went to pick up the veil. Theyh have a sign up saying no exchanges, but I said, 'You guys will MAKE 50 bucks off of me by giving me the cheaper one AND keeping my money' They fought back and forth, back and forth and I figured since I was taking my veil with me it wouldn't hurt to fight a little. My SIL and MIL fought with me and I said that it isn't fair and I will let other brides and LIW'ers online know that they are bad to deal with and they exchanged it within seconds. Take a shot!
