Originally my veil was suppose to be in 7/25 and I called 2 months ago to change it to the 18th. I callled yesterday, without the receipt, to make sure it was going to be in today since I must have it for the hair trial tomorrow. The lady I spoke to took my name and information and told me to come in and get it, it was ready. FH and I planned to go last night. It is about a 50 minute trip for us. I tried calling before we left and it was busy. I got through about 20 minutes into the ride and spoke to the owner who told me it was not in the shop! Could you imagine if I made the whole trip, especially with the price of gas. I was p i s s e d. Don't ever listen to what the lady tells you, speak only to the owner, because she obviously doesn't know what she is talking about or just doesn't care.

So it is going to be ready tomorrow at least?
when I first ordered mine (wedding is 10.24) a few months ago he gave me a pick up date of like 9.30, I said Ummmm how about 8.15 so I can use it for my trial. HOpefully it will be ready then.

Sorry to hear abour that. I haven't bought mine yet and loved one I saw there but they guy was not really very nice. My MOH and I walked away saying he was so nasty. Hope it all works out

The second time I went the guy there he seemed annoyed - not nasty, just miffed about something, I didn't take it personally. The third time I went in, he was sweet as pie. He worked with me for quite a while until I was happy with my order. However, while I was there, a bride was seriously nasty to THEM because she thought there was something missing in her order--- turns out she was wrong and the missing thing was there all along but she didn't apologize for being so bitchy.

She promised that it was there and I could get there anytime tonight and she will make sure I get it. FH best friend picked it up for us and we are meeting him in a little bit to get. I can't wait to see it. Ihave the hair trial tomorrow. I would suggest having your hair trial scheduled before you order the veil, so you are certain about the date you need it. I didn't take that into consideration when I ordered it. It was in April and I was not thinking about the hair trial but rather the wedding day.

Mine was supposed to be ready last Friday and they never called me. I haven't called but plan to just go there tomorrow.
I would call first unless you are not that far.

he wrote 8.15 on the receipt.
Then you should be fine, but know it won't be ready a day before.

Thanks. I just picked it up from FH best friend, who drove there for us, since he works locally to there, and it is GORGOUS! I love it. They did an amazing job. They added pearls on and it looks so good. The veil is definetely worth getting it from them. I know I would have paid much more elsewhere and probably less quality. I guess she was just having a bad day yesterday.
