Basket of flip flops vs. slippers for reception

I want to supply a basket of dancing shoes for the ladies during the reception and, while I know most brides use flip flops for their baskets, I am wondering about the ladies who will be wearing hose or stockings. Flip flops won't really work for hosiery. I know ladies don't wear panty hose as much anymore, but lots do especially for a very formal event.
Should I do slippers instead or both? Also, it seems like slippers will be way more expensive.
Any thoughts about this? Any ideas of good resources for slippers? I am thinking of those very simple Chinese style slippers that have a sole but are meant for indoors generally.

Someone just recommended to me Chinese slippers but I would rather do flops. I'm having a summer wedding and even though Im not doing a beachy theme I just thinks the flip flops are cute. If u find a website where you can order them in bulk for cheap please let me know! And remember not everyone will take them. I know I would though.... EVERY wedding I go to, I MAKE SURE to bring a pair of flats bc I love to dance :)
