I dont know where you live but there is a ragshop in queens and a few other places.. they always have really nice onces for 50% off. you can also try ebay

michaels always has coupons in the sunday paper for 40 or 50 percent off baskets. i bought really pretty holiday baskets for my bms thank you gifts

Franks has a lot of nice baskets. I got them on sale 2 weekends ago for 7.99 each. Huge baskets too for my cones and bathroom baskets smaller ones.

I got a nice basket at TJ Maxx for a couple of bucks. They have some nice ones that are lined with cloth.
