Batchelor party

is anyone else totally hating what they guys have planned? Its still a long time off, but the plan for now is that they're going to Montreal to go to some strip clubs because 'they're amazing, and so much better than the ones here'. I'm not really worried about him running off with some stripper or something, but FH already informed me that they're probably get him on stage and pull his pants down. What is the deal with that? I've never heard of such a thing and I don't know what the purpose is besides embarrassing him (not that he has much to be embarrassed about ). Its just weird to me and I can't understand why they can't just hang out in NY or where ever we live at that point.

The other thing I don't get is that FH and all the GM were just in Vegas in August for 5 days. Besides the fact that it was still 10 months before the wedding, I don't know why we can't just call that the batchelor party!!

FH is not having one. I feel bad tho, his guys are in NJ, MD, NY, etc...so its not really do able..I wish they were doing something for him tho..my dad and brothers and cousins are going to take him out tho....so he gets his last hurrah

umm... I went to school in Plattsburgh which is right by Montreal so all the guys went there ALL THE TIME... it is crazy!!!!! The things that go on at the those clubs are nuts. Granted the stories I heard where from horny 18 college students but I hated when my ex went to those clubs!!! WHY do we have let our men go to strip clubs for thier 'LAST NIGHT'? I hate it. Unfortunetly my FH's friends will not allow him to do anything else or he is 'whipped'. Whatever!!!!!

Sorry don't mean to make you upset... You know that you trust FH as we all do with our FH's .... the thought of those places is just sKeevey.

My FH just got back from 5 days in Vegas for his bparty. They went to a strip club one night and I asked him if I could count on one hand how many lap dances he got and he laughed. He said I'd probably have to start using toes. Apparently there was atleast one girl dancing for him at all times.

I know my wedding is some time away, but FH said he doesn't want a bachelor party, he said 'I could get into too much trouble'. He used to go to strip clubs, but has not been in a ling time. I won't have much to worry about if he does have a BP with strippers, my brother is in the Bridal Party and one of my best guy frined will be there, so they'll keep a close eye on him.

I HATE the idea of a bachelor party!!!!! They are so different than the ones we have. If we go to a strip club it is usually funny to watch the dancers. For men, it's nasty girls rubbing their parts on them. I bother my fiance all of the time about his. He has this one friend who is a real !@*$ who I cannot stand that is helping plan his. He's the type of guy that would try to make my fiance cross the line just bc he is getting married. His friend always argues w/ me that it's his last night as a free man...umm sorry, he's not 'free' he is engaged to me. Their friends are the problem I think. I wouldn't have such a big problem with it if he just had a plain old lap dance, but who gives those now? Laps dances now include boobs and other private parts rubbed in the face, and hey, for a little extra the possibilities are endless.
Don't worry, you are not alone!!! What helps me a bit is that my older brother is going to be at the bachelor party...so I won't have to worry too much.

My fiance tried telling me my brother can't go bc they are not that close. I said well if he can't go then you're not having one!!!!! So naturally my brother is going.

The reason why they are going up to Canada is because the strip clubs ARE better up there. Why do you ask? Because in Canada its LEGAL to be able to drink *and* have full nude. Other than that... its really no different than down here.

Down here you can only have topless if you serve alcohol and if its full nude it has to be a 'juice bar'.

In regards to the 'pants coming down'... I am sure its not going to come 'completely off'. Maybe to his boxers. I am sure he wont be nekkid or anything. Its common practice for guys to get stripped down somewhat at their bachelor party. Its nothing bad.... just clean fun. I am not even looking forward to that part when my time comes cause then my flab will be hanging out.

Plus.... there will be other men at the strip club and the LAST thing I would want to see at a nudie place is some dude's schlong.


And just because there are guys from 'the other side' in his grooms party... doesn't mean they go to the bachelor party. The planning is all up to the Best Man. If he is only doing his immediate friends (which frankly is the only way to do it unless you are REALLY close to the other side)... then you do a separate get together with everyone like the OP said.

My sister is in my FW's bridal party... and I wouldn't be surprised (or insulted) if she didn't get invited. They want to have some good fun and I am all for that. I think her MOH wants to take my FW to some strip club in pennsylvania thats well known or something. I think she said something about a 'foot minimum' on all the dancers.


I wouldn't worry about it personally. Its just clean fun.
