Hi All,Does anyone know of any swim suit stores? I would like some new ones for my honeymoon but there's not much left in the dept. stores.

Re: Bathing Suits
I am having the same problem. There is a bathing suit store in Riverhead in the tanger outlet center that have alot of bathing suits. I hope to get there soon and hope to have some luck. There is nothing left in stores as far as bathing suits go. Let me know if you find another place,

Re: Bathing Suits
There is a place on rt 110 in Melville, close to Adventure Land. I think it's called the Bathing Suit Warehouse. All the suits are designer, and marked waaaay down. It's my favorite summer store!

Re: Bathing Suits
Jennrenee- I sit a year round store or is it just seasonal. Most stores that carry seasonal are all out or barely nothing left.

Re: Bathing Suits
Cindy,I just went about 2 weeks ago to Tanger in Riverhead to California Sunshine (I think that is what it is called) they had lots of stuff. I ended up with 2 suits & a wrap. They had some really nice stuff. It's worth the trip.

Re: Bathing Suits
I'm not sure if they are open in the winter or not, but they deal exclusively with bathing suits, and always have tons in stock. I haven't been there recently (not since May), but in past summers I've bought great suits from them even in August.

Re: Bathing Suits
JennRenee- We also have something in common, our photographer. A few months ago I was asking you about them. Also, does that place in Farmingdale have more than just bathing suits? I still need to get some more shorts & sun dresses.

Re: Bathing Suits
Lori- I know what you mean. I did some shopping today and there is all fall stuff out, fall colors. I have been so busy planning that although I have shopped for the honeymoon somewhat, I still need alot more. It is so hard finding summery things now.

Re: Bathing Suits
Hi Lori, I hope you love working with Ken as much as we did. He is a true artist in every sense of the word!
Are you having your reception at the Hamlet in Commack? That was our second runner up for our reception.
The warehouse only carries bathing suits and a few wraps. Maybe try Lord and Taylor or Macy's. You could probaby get stuff at great prices since the department stores think it's already Fall.

Re: Bathing Suits
I'm getting married at the one in Hauppauge. I've been to the one in Commack many times, they do a great job but when I went to go see Hauppauge, I just fell in love with the place. I knew that was it as soon as I walked in. I'm very excited about Ken being my photographer. Again, I knew as soon as I met him that he was the one. I still have to finalize things with him.

Re: Bathing Suits
Great Shapes - there's one in roslyn heights, and a new one in Woodbury, I think. Year round swimwear and tons of it...it's a great store!!

Re: Bathing Suits
I second Great Shapes...I had the hardest time finding a suit this year and found one there. They were even able to alter the lining to the top, for a small fee, so it fit me better!

Re: Bathing Suits
Blums in Patchogue (on Main Street) has a HUGE selection. Most of the suits are still full price, but they have almost every designer and the matching wraps/skirts/dresses/pants. Good luck!Continued success to all...

Re: Bathing Suits
I agree with great shapes in Roslyn as well. I got a few bathing suits from there and they last a long time. They also have a big selection of seperates which is good.Welcome New Vendors
