A bathroom basket typically has things that a woman might need in an emergency such as:
sanitary products sewing kit panty hose clear nail polish for stocking runs a nail file tylenol immodium candy/cough drops/mints
A basket for the men's room may contain:
a nail file mints and condoms (yes sometimes the bridesmaids know how to rock and roll)
You can basically put in whatever you want
As far as a catchy poem for the mens room, I am at a loss. I personally don't think you need one. Most women will use the ladies room about 2 times in the night and many assume that there will be some sort of courtesy basket.
