i ordered my dress from there, they have een around for a long time. I haing it fitted at bridal ellegance. ayshore was too pushy for me and BE veils and tiaras are 1/3 of the price. Bridal ellegance is Phylus from gownfind. Her prices are amazing. give her a call. had i known about her befor ei ordered my dress i would have used her.
Had a mixed experience.... GOt MOB and BM dresses there....info in my review but long story short ordered the BM dresses 9 months before wedding since one of my sisters was living in Germany and had to get it there for her to get altered---they came in THREE weeks before the wedding (said it was the manufactor but I have some doubts since other Bill Levkoff dresses timeline wasn't like that in past). Dresses looked beautiful in the end but my sister had to get it altered the day before the wedding elsewhere and I had a ton of stress since I don't live in LI!
I had more than one good experiences with them. I was recently searching for a BM dress sample and couldn't find it, when I called them, the woman I spoke to offered that if I couldn't find it, she would call the designer and order a sample, which she did. When I went to try the dress, the women were very helpful and nice. They were not pushy and I really liked the experience. Also, I actually bought my prom dress from there 8 years ago. How funny. (I don't live in suffolk either, but I couldnt find the dress I saw in a magazine and they were able to get it). I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Good Luck.
I have to say that Angela helped me when I was there last week and I for the experience VERY good I actually am going back there this Thursday to show my MOH a possible # 1 gown.....i Have a tie at bridal reflections in mass....anyway Hope this helps give them a call....
my FMIL got her gown there, and we liked the lady who helped us.
