i'm going to fire island tomorrow and we are catching a 6:20 ferry but we wanted to grab a quick bite beforehand with another couple around 5. Do you ladies know of somewhere thats not to far from the dock?

lots of cute restaurants all along main street. molly malone's is a bar/restaurant near the docks i believe.

Nicky's Clam Bar is right next to the ferries (depending on which ones you go to)... and Molly Malones is by the other.. All with in walking distance of the parking lots.
Otherwise, if you drive down to the Bayshore Marina (about a block away).. there is Nicky's on the Bay - right on the water with live music.. also a good choice!

mollys is nice bc its on the water but i think the foods pretty bad. theres a clam bar acros from there but never tried it. theres also places in the village. theres milk and sugar that i adore smokey bones and theres a few chinese places

capt bills, its in walking distance. tj finleys is a bar/pub.. their food is pretty good, they're right in the village by the nutty. milk and sugar. if you like sushi- AJI53! love it there...
um... molly malones is good, I haven't been there in forever. half penny pub has decent food.
