Does anyone know if they are still giving cash back for registry items returned??? I have so much stuff I have to return and exchange....
Yes they are but they can see if a coupon was used on the item so you'll only get back what someone paid for it.
ohhh! ok. But what if someone didn't use the coupon and they said they did?
I heard that you have to ASK for cash or else they will give you store credit. They are trying to do away with the cash returns ...
I've done recent returns there from my registry and I was given cash

I just went the other day and yes, they are. If the customer used a coupon they take that off the total of the item. I'd go soon though, I hear they are changing their policy.

So I went tonight to the one in Westbury and then to the one in New Hyde Park. Westbury was great! No questions asked and they gave me cash back. New Hyde Park was another story, the girl didn't really understand that it was off my registry, then wanted to give me credit, so I asked for the cash instead and I was good to go!
