I had to return a few things from the shower and they went to give me store credit, but I told them I have always gotten cash back if it was from my registry. They told me that their new policy is store credit.
They gave me the cash though.
I just figured I would let you girls know.

When I went to return things there the other day I got 1/2 cash back and 1/2 store credit. I think it depends how the person paid? I didn't mind the store credit though b/c there are other things from there that I want to buy myself to complete my registry.

NO! really? They told me when I registered that cash back was the case! I will argue and get my cash back!
BBB used to be my client. They are BIG about customer service. If you put up a hissy fit then you will get what the original policy was. Remember that they didn't accept expired coupons or you were limited.
