bbb, one more reason why i'm happy i went with them

yesterday, i got home to an envelope from bbb.

inside was a 10%off coupon for the items that are left on my registry!! i know it's not much, but since we got a few gc's as gifts, i like

this way, our gift money will go farther.

just thought i'd share, for the girls who are just engaged and are looking to register.

one more thing... we got a gift that arrived broken. dh took it back to exchange it and got CASH back. now we can repurchase the item for 10% less!!!!!

not bad, if you ask me

yeah they are great, we got a slow cooker off our registry which broke after the second time we used it, and they let us return it - well we exchanged it, with no problem. We didn't have a box or anything. DH didn't think they would take it back, he even refused to come in the store with me

I was actually surprised that with the TEN MILLION 20% off coupons they send that their completion program wasn't 20%.

Seriously... since I registered, I feel like I get a 20% coupon in the mail EVERY DAY!

And, don't forget... they NEVER expire, AND you can use the Linens 'n' Things coupons... even the ones you print out, which are usually 20%!

Thats because the 20% coupons are only for one item, but you can use the 10% one to buy everything on your registry that wasn't purchased before the wedding.

Yep, you can!!! And there is one posted on this board that's good until 11/12.


My BBB didn't give me cash back for my registry returns, they gave me a paper store credit. It was fine because I needed a bunch of things but, I found it odd they didn't give me an option. It's a new store though and the people seemed a little unfamiliar with certain things.

They did tell me though that you can return anything you have bought there whenever and they will take it back! Like if your dog for instance eats your electric blanket you bought last year!

So I agree with Sarah their completion program should be 20% like their coupons! they dont have a limit of coupons you can use in 1 transactions so keep saving them and use them all! I still recommend BBB

Can you combine the 20% coupons with the 10% off completion discount? Or can you just use the 10%?
