BB&B return policy

Hi all! Just wondering what Bed bath and beyond's return policy was if you got items that were on your registry and what they were if they weren't on your registry? Thank you!

If on the registry, cash back. If not on registry, store credit.

when u bring something back and it IS on your registry, they will give you cash back. if you bring something back that isnt on the registry but was bought in the store, they will give you store credit back. hmmm, if you want the cash back, maybe u could just add that item to your registry and say someone must not have taken it off??? either way its super easy.HTH

I had great experiences w/ returns at BB &B. I got some duplicates and they took them back without any problems. Also when I went to buy off my registry, the model of dustbuster wasnt in the store anymore, and they let me get the newer model still with my completer discount.

I used to work at BBB...if its on your registry you get cash back, if its not on your registry you get a store credit. Or you can do a sneaky..add it to your registry..then return it..or maybe even exchange the item you got for something on your registry that you really want? All possibilities
