BB&B Return Policy

I was just wondering... After you have your shower and you return stuff, how does BB&B handle their return policy. For example, do they keep track of how much the gift was. I was just wondering because I know that people use the 20% off coupons. I was wondering how and if they track that. I have a few things to return and just wanted to know to make sure I was getting the right amount back.

That's actually a really good question. I was wondering the same thing. I think you get the cash back, though, if it was bought off your registry. Not store credit.

We returned some things yesterday. They give you CASH for the things that were actually on your registry and you are returning. The things that were purchased and not on your registry or added to your registry you get store credit.

but do they automatically deduct a 20% coupon? Or do you get the full value of the product off?

i actually got CASH for an iten that was NOT on my registry. I'm sure it was a fluke, but i was like, SCORE!!!

and, they give you the full amount of the item, before the coupon.....there is no way of tracking from the registry how much the purchaser actually paid for the item, so you get the full price back.
