BBB return policy

I heard a couple of different things about their return policy so I asked a manager when I was there on sat. He said that they will still continue to accept returns w/o receipts but they will get the $ back in the form of store credit. He said they do this because they don't have much competition anymore (fortunoff, linens n' things).

He also said that they will give cash back but they aren't publicizing that return policy anymore and your going to have to fight for it but in the end they will give it to you.

That's what I was told by a manager at the Farmingdale location. You just have to tell them you really want it. I go to the one in Babylon now because they don't even ask they just give you cash and it isn't like at Farmingdale where you have to make a stink about it.

I was talking to my friend who got married last month. She told me how she had returned an item two weeks ago in the Oceanside store and they gave her cash back. She didn't even know that they had changed their policy and they didn't mention anything to her.
