I'm planning an e-party and I'll be having a backyard BBQ. The deli I used to work at as a teen would sometimes cater BBQs (take their own grill, meats, sides, etc) and I was looking into doing this so my dad is not freaking out about cooking meat for all these people! LOL I'll be checking with them over the weekend for pricing but does anyone know of any other locations that do this?
Thanks!

Re: BBQ Caterer?
Delicious Moments on Merrick Rd. in Baldwin. My father's used them for a bunch of his firehouse events. I have another guy that my FI uses at his firehouse. I'll FM you about him after I get the info from FI. He's a private caterer. Good luck

Re: BBQ Caterer?
This is exactly what I did... so I have plenty of ideas for you!
Call Delicious Moments in Baldwin NY.
I will ask my Mom for details tomorrow and FM you, if I don't remind me to.
As favors I combined a BBQ Sauce (Kraft on sale for $1 each) a Pastry Brush ($1 at Dollar Store) and Corn Holders (bought a large package at Dollars Store and divided them into pairs and wrapped them up cute) all in the Gingham Print (red/white) 'to go' bag from Michaels. Everyone Loved it!!!
My Invites were adorable to... I'll get you a picture too
