BBQ Wording

Okay, I have been working hard all day and with the help of a fabu sister in law here are the two I have narrowed it down to. We are having a casual BBQ with family and the bridal party! Weigh in ... and the invites are cute and whimsical of a couple holding food!

Wording 1 - Things between X & O have really gotten hot,
In case you haven’t heard, they’re tying the knot!

Wording 2 - Love is in the air and the grill is burning hot,
Let's celebrate because X and O are tying the knot!

Wording 3 - The drinks are cold and the grill is hot,
In case you haven't heard, Carina and Mike are tying the knot!

I like 2 simple because 1 almost sounds like sexual or something. LOL

I was thinking the same thing!! Haha But it is cute.. I'd go with the second one. It is adorable, but also identifies that its a BBQ

We came up with one more to add to the mix ...

What do you guys think now ha ha! The invite definitely notes BBQ - it has a girl and guy holding bbq food!

Def #2 for me....they are both cute, but the first one doesn't really say BBQ to me, and the second one makes it clear!
