what happened with the contacts? i take yasmin, im assuming it is not the same prescription, but i do wear contacts...just curious
i was taking bc messes up ur prescription....i dotn know if uve noticed ur prescription gettign worse or not but it usually does suxx tho, i cant wait to get the lasik

bc can make your eyes very dry
before starting BC i had no problems - now i cannot wear contacts . . .i wear them for a few hours for special occasions ( like my wedding lol) and the next day my eyes are bright red and irritated
i am gettin lasik after the wedding cant wait!
I've never had any problems and I'm on Yaz.

thats interesting to know, i wear my lenses 12+ hours when i work so i assume my eyes are just tired from overwearing the lens..
yeah i have the night and days and i can go like 4 days wo taking them out......which i love but im hoping t get the surgery b4 my wedding but i dont wnt to be on bc pills after i do it cause i dont want my vision changin its so annoying...so maybe ill just wait till after the wedding and after the kids lol haa i crack myself up

I have never thought of that!
I've spent SO much money at the eye doctor trying to figure it out. I used to wear my contacts all day, everyday without a problem and now it's hard to wear them for a few hours without my eyes getting red.![]()

yeah - i went two or three times before i finally got a female eye doctor and it was the first thing she said!!
i was using all these special eye drops - different ones for day and night. . . this crazy cleaner that if i took it out one minute too early it wasnt neutralized it would burn through my eyes. . .everything!
definitely mention it to the doc!
nope..i've been wearing them for years! never any problems, some dryness, itchiness and sometimes they get annoying (routine stuff) but not often!

I am on Yaz for 5 yrs. and I am wearing contact lenses for 13 yrs, and no problem.
on BC, but no contact troubles. maybe it's got something to do with the allergy season?
