Sounds like a complaint to the better business bureau should be made. Something like that is completely unacceptable, I would be there yelling my head off and the least they could do is to cut a substantial amount off her price.

This is a big blackeye for a company that was supposedly very reputable. I guess it just goes to show that no matter who you book it doesn't always matter. There is always a chance something can go wrong with a well-respected place, just as there is a chance a not so well known or reputable place can turn in an outstanding performance. Very true Kel. Lisa- I hope your friend will try to let it go and enjoy her wedding day. How terrible to be so stressed 1 week before the wedding! After she gets back from her honeymoon, they should by all means pursue legal action (if it's possible) and contact the BBB & Comsumer Affairs. I hope they are able to focus on the love in the room that day instead of the room itself.

What does that signify? is it because you are the next to get married? My MOH and BM are both gettin married right after me and I would love to do something special for them--since I am the first--thank god I get to get it over with--I would rather be at their wedding saying we should have.... rather than lets...
