I know alot of people already heard this but some DIY projects are not worth it. It can end up being even more expensive than if you would've had them done somewhere and not to mention ALLLLLLLLL the time it takes to make everything...I am beyond exhausted right now.
I did the calculations of how much it ended up costing me to make my own menu's and it came out to alot more than I thought...Card stock is not always that cheap, and if you need alot of it then it will end up costing alot, not to mention i did menu's with chocolate brown cardstock in the back and pink card stock with the written part on top. Then had to buy paper cutter, and heres a tip DONT USE TACKY ADHESIVE, it will bubble up the paper, thank god i tested just 5 of them...my friend showed me hers and she used permaneant double sided tape, which works great, but had to use 10 rolls of it.

Tell me about it. My cake topper was my first and last DIY project. BUT..there is the best website ever to get wrapping paper, tulle, gift bags etc for cheap. www.papermart.com
I bought 100 yards of gorgeous wrapping paper for $17.00, satin and lace bags for my shower favors were only like $8/ 20 bags.

Ooohhhhhh I forgot too, the damn table runners...I bought the fabric myself and it cuts straight on its own just by ripping and thats just in one direction but not the other so had to bring the rest to be made, it would've been cheaper to buy them but i was having trouble finding them

YES!!! you just put too much pressure on yourself...This is just my e-party so i am dealing with the stress BUT for the wedding no way would i want to feel sooo tired and stressed before i get married...Thats another thing- i want to have everything done a few weeks ahead of time...The last week i want to relax not go through this. SInce i got home from work this is the first time i am sitting and its 7:08pm...i had to take flowers out of the buckets and put them in vases since theyre starting to open lol, and now waiting for Fh to get here in a few minutes to some of the decorations off at CLM
