Soo I am am trying to make this a short engagement trying to get married in May 08. I found a place I love and was going to have the ceremony there too, only thing is fh is set on a beach wedding. Is there anywhere in Nassau county that you can suggest for a beach ceremony that has an indoor backup because who knows what may weather will bring? I am getting desperate I cant think of anything
The Cresent Beach Club in Bayville or the Land End in Sayville but the Cresent Beach Club is really more of a beach scene!
Thanks - I think you can only have the ceremony there if the wedding is there, I am looking for a ceremony site only. I cant believe on Long Island surronded by water there are any, I am going crazy

Oh i didnt realize that...hmmm i dont know of any spots...unless you start calling the Towns and asking about permits to get married anywhere on the beach...Long Beach has its own city and not part of the Town of Hempstead and the North Shore is the Town of Oyster Bay

Sands Atlantic Beach. Its beautiful. We actually looked into it. Has an outdoor spot on the beach for weddings and an indoor room.
