Hey Ladies, I'm new here and I have a quick question. I booked the Beach Club Estate (they are affiliated with Windows on the Lake) for 6/2/2012. I was looking around for reviews of the place just to get an idea of the day of service, food, etc. I can't seem to find any on here except for reviews from 5 years ago. Does anyone have an opinion on this place?
I booked because it was a small cozy venue and it gave me a little island feel being right on the water and all. The location is also tucked away in a private spot so there is no traffic etc. Oh yeah and I got a GREAT deal on pricing.
Anyhow, has anyone gotten married there? been to a wedding there etc?

I actually went to a wedding there in April. Everything was great! The food was really good and the service was great as well. They had their ceremony outside and it was beautiful!

okay so the shower was yesterday and we all had a really nice time! the food was awesome, cake was good, and the place was very clean and the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and helpful. however, i didn't really care for the matire d' much. i don't know her name but she was a spanish woman with a heavy accent. it was my job to get the bride there ( it was a surprise shower) and the matire d insisted that we take her to get changed first before she came into the room for the shower. now maybe its just me... but if its a surprise shower she should have gone into the room first to actually be surprised and then gone and gotten changed.. but what do i know.. either way that just turned me off... it is a little small but i know that they do have another room in the building and the bridal suite is nice but nothing to really brag about... overall its a nice place with good service and AWESOME food lolol...hth!!!!
