Beach photos ??

Beach photos ??

Does anyone know if you need any kind of a permit to have photos taken on the beach (specifically Rockaway and/or Long Beach) or do you just show up??

I'm guessing you can just show up... Not 100% sure though. It's off season now so I don't think there should be a problem and the pics sounds like they'd be beautiful with the beach background

Thanks..yeah I am thinking for my wedding photos, which is on July 7th...that's what makes me nervous. I need to scout out some remote locations, dont want some guy in a Speedo in the background!!!

Oh... it's July. Maybe later in the day like when the sun is just starting to set and the beach is starting to clear out. I'd be more worried of kids running around. Although... a guy in speedos is pretty bad.
