Hey there! I am getting married at a church across the street from the beach. Weather permitting, our pictures will be taken after the ceremony on the beach. When I mentioned this at the dress salon my attendant looked appauled.
I'd love to hear feedback, good and bad, from those who have done this and those who are planning to do this.
How could I get married across the street and not go to the beach for pictures!!!
Did you go close to the water? Did you get dirty? Any tips?
I am definitely going to take pictures on the beach but want to get the good, bad and ugly!

your attendant sounds a little uptight! do it and have a ball! ive seen some of the best pics on the beach. take advantage of it.

Alot of people do this! We went to the beach after the ceremony for my brothers wedding! And we went 2 a wedding back in May and they did the same. Pics look great.

We took pics on the beach, the bottom of the dress gets a little dirty, but not noticeable. When I got it cleaned & preserved they got any dirt out that was there. If anything, my shoes got dirty, not the dress.

I took all my beach pics before my ceremony & the dress was fine....and i got tons of pics I love!

We did actually go close to the water, so my heels sunk in a bit and got a little grimy. But my dress didn't get wet at all.
