Beach Themed Favors?

Beach Themed Favors?

Any suggestions for Beach Themed favors? I found seashell filled with candle but would like some other suggestions. Thanks :)

I actually went to a beach themed wedding and they gave champagne glasses filled with that clear wax for candles. Inside the wax there was tiny seashells and starfish. it was really nice. She made them herself with stuff form craft stores.

no advice on favors, but the beach themed wedding I was just at had those little colored drink umbrella things stuck into the top of the folded table seating placecards. I thought that was so cute. They were basically tootpicks at the bottom, so they were just stuck through the paper with the umbrella part resting on the placecard. the placecard table looked great with them. Also, around the border of the top of the table was sand, as if poured through a funnel in a wavy line going all the way around with a shell here and there. The centerpiece was a silver bucket filled with sand, with wooden sticks sticking out that had starfish and shells stuck to the top. Different, and I bet very inexpensive! good luck!

You could do a sand dollar ornament - it doesn't just have to be for christmas. Also they make these candies that actually look like shells -- they probably have them at gourmet candy shops. Or how about Salt Water Taffy.

Beach towels, umbrellas would be cool but I'm sure they are a lot of money.

The June/July Modern Bride suggests little pails filled with seashell potpurri that they said you can get at bed bath and beyond.

a friend of mine just started her own favor company--Endless Creations-her website is being worked on now.
she just did beach favors--email her if you want her info @ [email protected] she has the best ideas and is very inexpensive!
