i am actually tring to get married here in NY on the beach. I would love to get married in santorini in Greece, but I think we will also do that 2. Its just to much to have all family members fly there.

someone on 06 had her wedding on long beach or her sister had her wedding there. i forgot who, but i remember looking at the pics. she had her ceremony on the beach. reception was somewhere else.

Did it look nice, because I am conserned about it. When you have it on the beach you are not alloud to bring chairs and I don't know about bringing blankets. I don't know how nice that will look

My sister was married on the beach in Long Beach on 7/3. She was able to rent chairs and everyone sat.

What about Crescent Beach Club? It's not 'feet in the sand' on the beach... but it's on a deck right on the beach....and you can see the water!

it is on the more expensive side.... but if you're flexible with time of year and day of the week, you can make it work!
my wedding is on a saturday during the day, and prices started at $50 cheaper than saturday night!
