Beautiful Basement Apartment for Rent
My parents have a beautiful 2 bedroom basement apartment for rent in their house. It is located in Porf Jefferson Station- 5 minutes from the village. My grandma lived there, so is is very clean, freshly painted, carpted and all. It has sliding glass doors and really does not seem like a basement at all. My parents live upstairs and my dad keeps the property beautiful. They are also very considerate and quiet! If you are interested please feel free to contact me ASAP. My grandma just moved out. Also, the layout of the apartment is not like a basement, it is like a real apartment with hallways and all. We had it specially built for my grandma when she moved in. Sorry this is so long-just trying to help out my parents! All utilities/cable and high speed internet are included.
