Hi Girls! Has anyone dealt with this store before? I want to have a 'smooth' gown buying experience and have been more than disgruntled with alot of places I have purchased BM dresses at in the past.
Any info would be great

I went there to try on my dress after I found it on the internet. They were nothing short of gracious and helpful. I went back months later after I ordered my dress from another shop that was waaaaaaaay closer to my house to try it on again, and they were nothing short of gracious and helpful, and even let me take pictures.
If they weren't over an hour from my house I would have ordered my dress from them.
I went there a few weeks ago. After a rude greeting by the woman at the counter, Carmela helped and changed my experience into a better one.

I went there and tried on dresses... the ladies were super nice to me, but I don't think I am going to order anything their... but they were really sweet!
