If so, could you please fm me with your experience/knowledge about alterations?

Is that the store right on Merrick near the White Castle?

If so; i got my BM dress for my sister's wedding there...more importantly i also had my alterations done there (turned a long dress into a knee length and removed the straps.

They did a pretty good job. Only had to go for 1 fitting and she got it to the perfect lenghth & fitted the bust a litle so i could wear it strapless. I think i paid $50 for the alterations.
