My Husband and I are buying a house soon and our Co-op is for sale. The Co-op is located in Wheatley Heights, Half Hollow Hills school district #5. It is a large one bedroom Co-op with CAC, brand new bath, and updated eat-in kitchen. All rooms are, light, bright, and spacious. Maintenance fees are $518 a month. We are offering it at $174,000.

I wish FH and I had enough saved up already to put a down payment on a place... that's really not a bad price, and it's close to home for both of us.
but alas, we just don't have enough for it yet.... we'd have to finance basically the whole thing, and we don't want to do that.

It's Half Hollow Hills school district, it's one of the best on Long Island. I would say it's one of the top ten school districts on Long Island.
i'm def. showing the pictures ot FH in the morning.

We have an older woman that lives underneath us, she is very nice, quiet neighbor.

Yeah, it seems that you have to sign in as a member to view the pictures on snapfish. On page one of the thread is some pictures of the Co-op. If you send me your email I can send you some more pictures that were taken as well.
