BEAUTIFUL Co-op for sale Shutterfly Pictures!!

Here is a link to some shutterfly pictures of our Co-op unit for sale.

Hi everyone,

My husband and I are buying a house and we are now are looking to sell our place. If you know of anyone who is looking to own a one bedroom Co-op, feel free to forward them these pictures. We priced it right to sell it quickly $177,000. The place has large rooms that are light and bright, a brand new bathroom with natural stone flooring and marble vanity and ceramic tub and shower. It also has a updated eat-in kitchen with ceramic tile flooring, spacious living room and dining room and a very large bedroom with built-in alcove and HUGE walk in closet! It also has a BRAND NEW Central Air Conditioning and heating unit. It is Half Hollow Hills School district #5. Maintenance fees are $518 which includes property and school taxes, water, and exterior overall maintenance ie snow removal and landscaping. Plenty of parking and overlooks farm fields. Mint+++ If you know anyone who would be interested they can FM me or call 631-643-5634.

The co-op looks so nice but I am looking into a 2 bedromm

Nope. It's still for sale. We had an offer from a couple on it after only 3 days, which we accepted, but the offer fell through because the guy ended up getting a job in the city and wanted to be in western nassau instead. We also have someone else coming to take a look at it for a second time tonight.

If you know of anyone who would be interested feel free to forward them the pictures and the info.

Thanks!

I just FM'd you.

I can't get the picture link to work....would love to see it!
